Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
When I began teaching public speaking to adults my price was super low, now because of demand and expansion of my services the price has consistently gone up to support the time that is dedicated to making superb videos for my students and having regular one-on-one videocalls with students, parents and potential customers.
Today my pricing starts at $48 per lesson and is expected to increase by the summer of 2021. Book your session today.
How did you get started teaching?
So my teaching started because my first son when he was very young, had a problem expressing hisself verbally and got into so much trouble in elementary school. I was oftentimes at the principles office or in a meeting with his teachers about his behavior. I easily became fed up with waiting for him to get it through traditional teaching methods and so I had to develop a way of teaching him to express his emotions confidently and articulately. But this required me to learn about speaking myself. I was never a strong speaker until I had to be. I studied for 3 years and began teaching my children immediately from what i learned. I then started teaching adults on my Lessons.com and various other platforms. In 2016 I began developing a curriculum for children starting at ages 5 and up. Here's a secret, I first figure out what the child enjoys and relate public speaking to them through those avenues.
Long story longer...
I now have shared my own personal lessons with hundreds of students, some teachable and some not so teachable. Parents and studenents are usually surprised at the rate of improvement from early on in the training modules.
