What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Through ExploreSushi.com, we offer class schedules, demonstrations and lectures, helpful videos, links to media, photos and much more. The goal is to provide helpful, interesting and educational programs that hopefully raise the level of quality (and expectations) for sushi lovers throughout the United States.
Sushi students learn (1) the importance of sushi rice, (2) how to make sushi rice, (3) creating nigiri sushi, (4) creating traditional sushi rolls and (5) creating fusion sushi rolls...all in the same class!
