Spent most of my life dancing professionally. I teach Floor excercise, Pilates, both on and off the reformer. Also for 50's and up. I teach a syllabus for young ballet classes wanting to excell in there field. 1 will come to your home Mon thru Fri till 5pm.

I offer a variety of services in face-to-face or virtual interactions from chair zumba, chair yoga, zumba, yoga, meditation(zen therapy), music therapy, hip-hop dance, boot camp style workouts, cardio kickboxing, one on-one training, HIIT style workouts, belly dance, cardio, strength and conditioning and most recently pole fitness. I work with a variety of age groups ranging from 5 years old up to 80+ years of age. I modify my classes to assure that all that I work with can get something out of my workout classes and walk away feeling accomplished.
