This Traditional Karate Instructor has over 30 years of Traditional Japanese Karate training, and emphasis on health, fitness, discipline, focus, self defense, building confidence and self esteem, as well as tournament preparation training.

USA-NKF & AAU Certified Coach, and USA-NKF Certified Official with Olympic Sport Karate training affiliation. This outstanding instructor specializes in Goju-Ryu style Competition Kata training, and has claimed Victory of many Gold medals at local, regional and national tournaments for many years, and most recently at 2018 National USANKF National Championship. Instructor has University Degrees in Human Development, Psychology; Children Confidence, Self Esteem, Sports Psychology Certification, and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
