Hi,
i am an ex touring professional. I am also a personal trainer, and a nutritional counselor. I can tailor programs to suit your needs, and make you an explosive, fast, strong, cunning, great strategist on courts. I can make you extremely strong and flexible. I can make you mentally very tough and confident. I can take you to the top of your game all the way to being a professional or college player or how to get on your high school team, there are no limits to what you are looking for.
i teach women's doubles strategies, and can adapt learning to how you move on the court. I have trained college players, high school teams, and I've taught children for years from ages three up.
i have a degree in kinesiology, I am USPTA and USPTA tennis professional level 1, I am PFIT certified Personal Fitness Instructor Trained, I am Sports Performance and Wellness Nutrition Certified from Washington State Univerity.

How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with the club that I currently work in during a visit whilst I was still in college. I came back to it ten years later looking for a job.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure to check out their qualifications and how far up the tennis playing level have they played. Did they play the professional tour, didn't d they play college or only high school. If you're looking for a children's teacher, what ages have they taught and for how long. Do they enjoy teaching children
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I assess all strengths and weaknesses. I interview the player to find out their goals. I ask them what is their commitment to working together.
