About
In 2011, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Texas A&M University - Commerce. Since then, I've had the honor of working as a band director in public and private schools with an emphasis on teaching percussion, including drumset, drumline, keyboard percussion, and Latin percussion.
My career highlights include performing with the Texas A&M – Commerce jazz ensemble, marching band, and symphony orchestra; performing marimba as a member of the Troopers Drum And Bugle Corp in Drum Corp International; winning first place in the Pasic College Division Marimba Competition; and being named outstanding soloist at the Crescent City Jazz Festival.
Currently, I am a professional drummer playing with local artists in the metroplex as well as expanding my private percussion studio.
