A women's fitness studio in NE Dallas that's specialized in strength training, high intensity interval training, and dance cardio. Sessions are held Monday thru Saturday. The atmosphere is non-intimidating, inviting, and upbeat. All fitness levels are welcomed at Boss Chick Fitness. Our goal is to create an empowered environment where you kick ass and leave it all on the floor. With every session you will come back stronger and more confident.
Each session is designed to target specific opposing muscle groups and are scalable based on your capability. No two workouts are the same which keeps our clients engaged and coming back for the next challenge!
Being a coach is about pulling out the greatness in each and every client. I love watching my clients progress, helping them exceed their goals, and celebrate their achievments.
