Affordable Acting Classes to the North Austin and surrounding areas.
I have a passion for seeing artists find their talent. Through using many creative outlets, acting has a huge impact on an artist's life. We discover many differnt techniques and styles as we explore scripts and characterization.
I have acted, directed and been a board member with Stage Presnce Players and Way Off Broadway for a number of years now. I have studied under Amber DuPuy (Austin Acting Classes) and Karen Kohlhass (Atlantic Acting School) and Austin's very own Mona Lee (Brite Lite's Acting Studio).

An award winning acting professional in Chicago for 30 years--alway searching for engaging, authentic behavior in my performance, and in the performances that always seem to touch or move me. Looking at acting as behavioral anthropology, we follow our instincts to find authentic human behavior. Believing that the only 4th wall is in the back of the theater, behind the audience --I also explore the understanding of the actors sense of there own energy, and using it to fill the space and envelope the audience. Inclusivity, collaboration, and community to tap into the instincts and emotions that humans have shared since they appeared, and

In my teaching, I focus on distinct fundamentals that you can use across your work; not just suggestions of "what I would have done" in your scene.
My method gives priority to mindfulness, empathy, and understanding of story. You will learn how to respond intuitively to the moment, connect with your scene partners, analyze a script, develop a character, and improvise.
