Sterling Acting Lessons

First, I will sit down with the student and evaluate what goals the student has for themselves, and what outcome they would like to achieve from taking my class. After establishing our goals. I will create a personalized road map, or lesson plan, based on the student's level of previous experience. We will work on establishing an acting technique, monologue and scene study, and acting and improvisation games and exercises.

I am a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, New York, as well as a former Company member. I am a Teaching Artist for Zach Scott Theatre, in Austin, Texas, and The Georgetown Palace Theatre in Georgetown, Texas. I am Vice President of Hutto Arts Today, a non-profit organization in Hutto, TX, which supports everything from theatre to visual art within the community. I am a working Actor and Teaching Artist, and make my living entirely in the Theatre. My most recent role is a Agatha in Tristan Mercado's Trolls, as part of Frontera Fest, in Austin. Trolls was chosen as a Best of Fest Wild Card Selection. I am also playing Eleanor Dunbar in an upcoming production of Footloose at Georgetown Palace Theatre, and honored to be a Facilitator for Zach Scott's upcoming production of Notes from the Field.

My hourly rate is $25.00 for classes within my home, or within 15 miles of my home. For travel further than 15 miles, my hourly rate increases to $50.00.
