My name is Paul Knaier. I have played Drum Set Professionally for over 38 years. I have an Associates Degree in Music Performance and a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. I taught Band for 29 years in Sinton ISD and Retired in May of this year. I know reside in Round Rock. I have plenty experience teaching Drums and have a Texas Lifetime Certification in All Level Music. I have taught Private Drum Lessons for many years as well. I have Studied Drum Set under many good Teachers and love sharing that Knowledge that I have learned over my years. I am currently playing in two Austin Based Bands. One is a Thin Lizzy Tribute, Thunder Lightning, and the other is a 60s 70s Band. I Love playing as well as Teaching the Drums. . I have plenty of Method Books to Teach out if and also will work on songs you like. I can Teach all styles. I am Teaching out of my Home Studio in Round Rock. I will travel if necessary. If you are a Beginner I will Teach you everything you need to know as far as how to set up and Drum Set as well as how to hold sticks etc. if you have experience I can help you further improve your skills.
