Hello! My name is Ashley (Ashe) Hayes. I am a martial arts and self defense practitioner and instructor. I have been in martial arts for close to 25 years. I have experience in Karate, Kenpo, and some Aikido. My goal as an instructor is to give the student the necessary tools to avoid combat situations and what to do if you have no option. I prefer one on one with students to ensure full saturation of the course material.
