My son enjoyed the training and I like the fact that it wasnt all about basketball. Jeff was also interested in my sons GPA and how to best improve his skills.

Jeff and Terrence are wonderful to work with. They really care about the kids and can easily identify their strengths and weaknesses. They have many drills to improve their skills. My son has gotten much better after beginning to train with Jeff. Jeffs passion for training the kids is unquestionable. My sons love of basketball has increased - which I didnt think was possible. I highly recommend signing up your kids to train with Jeff and Terrence. They are the best! :)

Ages 7 and up. Throughout my training, I have been exposed to information about basketball athletes at different levels, such as: Youth and Amateur Players: Information about training techniques, skill development, and basketball fundamentals suitable for beginners and young athletes. High School and College Players: Guidance on improving performance, refining skills, understanding team dynamics, and preparing for competitive play. Professional Players: Insights into advanced skills, strategies, and conditioning techniques used by professional basketball players. Coaches: Information on coaching methodologies, training drills, game planning, and player development strategies. While I can offer information and guidance based on these categories, it's important to note that personal experiences and individual circumstances can vary significantly. It's always beneficial to consult with experienced coaches, trainers, or professionals who have direct hands-on experience working with basketball athletes to receive personalized advice tailored to your specific needs and goals

Remember, finding the right basketball trainer is a personal decision, and it's essential to choose someone who can motivate, challenge, and support your growth as a player. By considering these tips, you can make an informed choice and find a trainer who can help you reach your basketball goals.
Before talking to teachers or basketball trainers about your training needs, it's helpful to think through and prepare some key questions. Here are some questions to consider: What are my specific basketball goals? Which skills or aspects of my game do I want to focus on improving? What is my current skill level and where do I want to progress to? What is my preferred learning style? Do I need more visual demonstrations, verbal instructions, or hands-on practice? What is my preferred training environment? Do I prefer one-on-one sessions, group training, or a combination? What is my availability for training sessions? Are there any scheduling constraints or conflicts? How frequently do I want to train and for how long per session? Do I have any physical limitations or previous injuries that the trainer should be aware of? What is my budget for basketball training? How does it align with the rates of potential trainers? What are my expectations from a basketball trainer in terms of their experience, qualifications, and coaching approach? Are there any specific basketball strategies or game situations I want to improve upon? Do I need assistance with physical conditioning, strength training, or injury prevention as part of my basketball training? Are there any other commitments or responsibilities (school, other sports) that may affect my training schedule? What is my preferred method of communication with the trainer (in-person, phone, email, video call)? Have I conducted research and gathered recommendations for potential trainers in my area? By reflecting on these questions, you will be better prepared to discuss your basketball training needs with teachers or trainers. It will help facilitate a productive conversation, ensure that your goals are understood, and allow the trainer to tailor their approach to your specific requirements.
