Tennis is an integral sport. My focus is on the adult people (18-100 years old) that wants to improve your quality of life. There are at least three areas you can work on to obtain results. One is the body, for play tennis you need your body in good conditions. We will be working on this every time with different drills and workouts. The second area is tennis itself, it is the most important subject because it includes techniques, strategies and the knowledge of the game. The third area is the mind, during the lessons you will recieve training to control your mind in the game. This training will also help you with your daily life.
