Let's be honest, it's been crazy hard to eat healthily and workout during this time so I decided I needed a little boost. The first class was Debunking Diets in which Savannah went through the pro's and con's of the most well known diet crazes...from Keto to Whole30, etc. The class was run as a discussion with Savannah talking and then giving time in between topics for questions/discussion. She likens it to a "book club" and that is a really great description. She has a great deal of knowledge about these diets and really interesting information about why these may seem like "quick-fixes" but really are not. The most interesting thing I took away was that late night eating causes weight gain, not because of the TIME of day but because the snacks eaten at this time are normally high in calories. DUH! Why did I never think of that?! The other class was Personal Productivity. Again, really good info and discussion!
