Teaching fitness and wellness for over 20 years, Rebecca incorporates her various training disciplines seemlessly into tailormade sessions, whether private or in a group. Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, HIIT and microToning are some of the options one can expect in a training session with her. Again, these sessions are designed to be tailor made for the client.
