I have been teaching piano and theory for nearly 25 years. The first lessons I gave were in Hobart, Tasmania Australia as adjunct faculty to the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music. This was during my final year in my under graduate degree in piano performance. I teach many instruments (violin, viola, cello, bass, voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, and recorder), and have taught for many years both privately and in the school system. Hi! My name is Rieley Nixon. Here at Nixon Studios I am committed to helping students of all ages learn music in the most fun and enjoyable way possible! We have a great time learning music in creative ways. I love structuring lessons with a focus on music theory so students understand the why behind each principle. I offer both Piano and Vocal instruction to all types of students. I've had special experience for those who have learning difficulties and disabilities.
