Team Fast Lane
About
If your goal is to compete in a triathlon and/or just improve your stoke technique I can help you! I have worked with hundreds of adults over the years to prepare them to swim in the OPEN WATER anywhere from a half mile, full mile, 2.4 miles and beyond. Or, if you're just looking to become more efficient at lap swimming in a pool or more comfortable in the water, I can help you!
I enjoy helping people become more comfortable in the water while improving their stroke technique and efficiency.
