Hello There,

My name is Zeineb Mrad. I am a self taught baker, cake decorator, and cook. I'm a former high school teacher, and mother of 2 wonderful girls. Wanting to feed them only the best, made me strive to learn how to cook and bake from scratch. It all starts with good quality ingredients, love of authentic good food and desserts, and mostly lots and lots of fun :). Every day the menu is different at my household, my family can never expect the same thing twice even within the same dish, or cake. I took few cake decorating classes, and I learned a lot on my own. As for cooking, my go to food is Tunisian cuisine, as that's where I'm originally from, but I do cook a variety of cuisines, and I focus on building layers of flavors, whether in cooking or even baking. It gives my food and desserts a depth of taste and a wonderful richness that comes from delicious healthy ingredients instead of loads of fats, additives, and excessive amounts of sugar. All in moderation is the balance I strive to reach.

I do speak 3 languages (English, Arabich & French) for students who have a language preference or are fluent in one more than the other.

I am a beginner in Italian and Spanish so I can manage a an easy culinary conversation :).
