What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Good to know how much knowledge the student is already familiar with, then providing each student with a packet of information about cooking. Start off with simple sauces, a roux, and mirepoix.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. Owned and operated a food truck. Competitively cooked while serving in the US Navy. Both Sevsafe and Food Service Manager certified.
