I'm really interested in catching the movement and feel of the subject drawn. Teaching my students the shapes that will help to build structures to convey what they are seeing or imagining. Also covering the effects of lighting and shadow to create depth and reality to the drawn image.

Seth is a Seattle based multimedia artist whose current work emphasizes large scale painting choreographies. Raised on a farm in Chimacum, Washington, he spent his childhood summers alternately mowing fields, stacking hay bails and studying ballet. He left dance to pursue an education in biochemistry at the University of Washington and later went on to receive a BFA in painting.
