While I was in the military I had to move a lot so I changed dojos a lot. Futen is one of the best dojos I've studied at. Everyone is really kind and no one will look down on you if you are having a difficult time learning a technique.

Tonia Stavedahl 3 reviews a year ago Learning how to defend myself has given me a lot of peace of mind when I am out and about. I feel more aware of my surroundings and know that at least I have seen and learned techniques that will help me in the unthinkable event of an assault. This is something I had never thought about and am so thankful to have a teacher and dojo family supporting me and my personal safety. I highly recommend checking out the Futen Dojo.
