I currently have room in my Paradise Valley studio for more piano students. My studio is equipped with 2 grand pianos (Steinway/Yamaha) multiple keyboards, harpsichord and organ.
I love teaching students of all ages and backgrounds. I have an emphasis in classical music, but am very open to all styles and genres. I have a unique and very positive teaching style, and I love seeing my students become the musicians that they can be.
I also focus on sight reading, technique, and theory, to enable you to play the widest range of music and have as much independence as possible.
Many of my students have gone onto successful careers in music. Recent students have gone on to study piano at ASU, SF Conservatory of Music, Vanderbilt, etc and have also been prize winners at national competitions.
I also teach harpsichord, organ, and music theory. Many of my students take AP Theory while studying with me.
I have a doctorate in musical performance from Arizona State University, and have also studied in the UK, Germany, and France.
I would love to share my love of piano with you, and help you meet your music goals.
I love seeing the success and satisfaction of my students, and helping them to achieve their goals
