I enjoy people first and foremost! I love motivating, encouraging, and pushing people to be the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually! Fitness truly changed my life from a young age and has carried over in all areas!

I like to have an initial phone call or Zoom Fitness/ Nutritional consultation and get to know each other a little bit better see what the client is looking for in a trainer? What they expect to get out of the Personal Training sessions and why they need a Personal Trainer? Most imortantly that I'm a good fit for their needs. We all have our specific niche we're really good at!
I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Went to school for a BSN in Nursing and minored in Nutrition. I originally started in nursing working with quadriplegics, in home health care, psychiatric hospital, and lastly Scripps Encinitas in rehabilitation. That's when I had my aha moment! A nursing colleague of mine said " Natalie you always have all your little snacks packed in your scrubs, eat healthy, and always talking about working out! Why don't you become a Personal Trainer as well!" The rest is history I got my first Personal Training job at Frogs Club One in Encinitas California. I have been involved with Personal Training ever since. I was a Master Trainer and Fitness Director over all trainers at 24 Hour Fitness from Feb 2010- Nov. 2014. I've managed boutique fitness studios such as Anytime Fitness, and Club Pilates. I'm the owner of Frontdoor Fitness Elements since April of 2004 here in AZ serving Phoenix and all surrounding suburbs.

Make sure the Personal Trainer is Nationally Accredited Certified. Has 5-7 years of experience if your paying $40 dollars and over. If they have expertise, experience with your specific goals and needs you are trying to accomplish during your sessions.
