Every single student of mine is different, and learns and his or her own unique way. I pride myself in being able to read my student and pick a curriculum which is most comfortable and beneficial to them. I want to keep my student engaged with fun and exciting lessons, that Are interesting not only to the student but to me as well! Lots of laughter and excitement isgenerated during our lessons, And i hope to see you soon!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to let them sit down at the piano and make them feel comfortable. I want each student to have a sense of control and confidence. It's so exciting at the first lesson, so I do a lot of finger drills and fun games to get our hands familiar with the keys. I work at establishing good position so that the student is at ease and looks great while playing
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a music teacher for 30 years Piano has always been the foundation and focal point of my classrooms. I love to teach privately because it gives me an opportunity to watch the gestures and expressions on the faces of my students as they play. I know that when the eyes are lit up at the end of the lesson I have done my job well.
