Shaun Wesley (Gan Li Kiong) is a Singaporean Composer, Editor, Producer and Violinist, he has, since a young age, trained to perfect his craft as a violinist and a composer. An extremely passionate person by nature, he is absolutely apt at dramatic scoring to film, and instinctively detailed to minute features of movement, facial expression, dramatic twists. In addition to being a very involved person with the projects he undertakes, Shaun approach to projects is to help clients realize their Vision.

I graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2017, Bachelors of Music, Contemporary Writing and Production & Film Scoring, Principal Instrument; Violin

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as a sophomore in Berklee College of Music, Primarily to kids and teenagers, and then moved to LA after graduation and continued teaching at Silver River Music Academy
What types of students have you worked with?
Young Kids with no prior experience with the Violin to Teenagers with some knowlege, playing for school orchestras.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the teacher is able to help you achieve the goals you want to achieve, and that the teacher takes you to the next level.
