Anne McClain Piano Studio

I just completed my third lesson with Anne. I’m very pleased with my choice. She is very thorough, encouraging and patient.

Im an adult student at Anns Piano studio. What I like most are Anns high level of commitment to her students, her calm and measured temperament and her patient and friendly teaching environment which makes the learning experience palatable. I didnt forget her empathy and positive attitude.

I wish Anne McClain had been my first piano teacher! Anne is very patient and yet she has a way of communicating that what her students are doing is very important, that makes the discipline of learning seem very worthwhile. She uses a combination of styles and techniques to help the student understand and grasp the point of the exercises she assigns without losing the joy of playing. And very early on Anne will have you combining the exercises that challenge your current level with a freedom that makes it seem like you are even creating your own music even as you practice. When I haven’t had a lot of time to practice some weeks, she never made me feel like I wasted her time. BTW if you want a real treat, ask her to play one of her favorites for you!

Anne is very patient and reliable. My 6 year old daughter enjoys her lessons and has learned so much! Anne has recognized how my daughter learns best and adapts her lessons to best fit her. I plan to continue her lessons with Anne as long as possible.

She has a lot of patience and explains the lessons very well. She is very positive around her students and always smiles :).

My daughter loves to take classes with her.
