About
The part of teaching cooking that I love the most is that it brings joy to me to see others getting excited about what I am teaching. Cooking is not only a life skill, it is also the focal point of so many things in our life. When we cook for others, it is a labor of love. A good meal can bring people together like nothing else.
I have been baking since I was a toddler and have worked in catering for eleven nows. I also make specialty items and sell them at a local store, such as jams, salsas, and baking mixes. I also make custom cakes and cupcakes for special occasions.
I also offer meal prep for anyone interested and I either make food at home, package it and bring it to your home for you to enjoy or I will go into the home and help you cook and meal prep.
I learned to cook from my mother who was a chef and my father in law who although he did not have a culinary degree, could cook better than anyone around.
I have spent my life baking and cooking and I have recently started teaching classes which I absolutely love.
