Talia Brown Voice Lessons

Hey Students (and Parents)! My name is Talia, and I'm so excited to meet with you and help you discover and develop your own voice through technique training, new repertoire , and exposure to the always expanding world of music! I am 21 years old and currently a Junior Vocal Student at the California Jazz Conservatory in Berkeley, CA, but, I enjoy singing everything from Pop and R&B to Country and Hip-hop. I believe a wide repertoire ranging over various genres helps us develop our own unique sound, and I can't wait to share new songs with you as well as to see what tunes you bring in to work on! I began taking individual lessons myself over eight years ago; and, over the years have had the blessing of working with a variety of incredible vocal teachers that have helped me to develop my own style as an artist as well as as a teacher. Nevertheless, every student is different and I make certain every student has a lesson format that will be most enjoyable and successful for them. I have had years of training as an art teacher, soccer coach and general education tutor for children, and I am just beginning my journey as vocal teacher and I'm so happy to finally combine my love for teaching with my passion for music!
