From committed Crossfit Coach and Athlete to unorthodox Yoga Practitioner and Teacher, Sarah Bowling has spent the past 15 years ingrained in the fitness world - ultimately making it her mission to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

At the forefront of the Crossfit phenomenon, Sarah Bowling was an owner, coach, and competitor for the inaugural box CrossFit Delray Beach in South Florida. Using her Crossfit as a platform, Sarah created a second company, The Integrated Recovery Project, designed to serve the large community of Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Treatment Centers in the area. Her team was dedicated to creating a space for the resurrection of physical wellness and the improvement of overall strength and conditioning in recovering addicts.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2015 to be close to her family, Sarah's unique recovery project, newfound love for no-fuss yoga, and long-time fondness for music (she was raised on rock and roll and is also a classically trained pianist) would inspire her to create one of the most unique new fitness fusion spaces in Hollywood, 3 Chords Studio.

In a dedicated effort to further simplify, declutter, destress, and maximize enjoyment in her daily life, Sarah is now offering private and group classes as a mobile service. Whether she comes to your home or you come to hers or you meet in a park to train as as the sun sets, Sarah will create a fitness experience for you that meets your needs and helps you meet your goals.

Watching you taste success in your practice is the most fulfilling feeling ever! I love making fitness fun and achievable for everyone. We don't take ourselves too seriously, we don't make things complicated, we just sweat, smile, and work hard!
