I am passionate about sharing my love of YOGA and teach with an authentic and fun approach. I have been teaching yoga for over 6 years and am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind, and spirit for yogis of all levels. YOGA for me is much more than just entertainment, job or hobby. It's a part of my life, it's about being a professional, dedicated practitioner and honest teacher. And I am willing to bring my knowledge, experience, and love for those who need it. I am trying my best to do my part as a teacher - to inspire people to work with body, breath, mind, and emotions so they could bring their energy and use all “tools” which they are getting on the yoga mat in daily life. Performing MASSAGE I’m willing to be a therapist who is well versed in both Eastern and Western modalities. In shiatsu and reflexology, I work intuitively to facilitate deep relaxation through the firm pressure and knowledge of body meridians and acupoints. In ayurvedic massage using high-quality herb oils and knowledge about marma points, I’m working on improving the blood circulation in the body, pain relief, and relaxation. As a yoga teacher, I learned a lot about body and anatomy and subtle connection between our emotion and habits and condition of our muscles, joints and even internal organs. After each massage session, I’m always giving small feedback and tips which client can use in daily life or physical practice to solve their problems.
I LOVE to see how just 60-90 mins can change the body, emotions, mood. It is an incredible gift which I can share with people and the best pay for me is to see that after the session my client is smiling, feeling relaxed and happy!
We had a in home Yoga and Meditation classes with Ana for 2 years, before she relocated in LA. She is so professional, calming and knowledgeable. We enjoyed her patience and instruction and would definitely recommend her as a top rated instructor.

September 2008 was the time when I took part in my very first yoga class. And it turned out to be the first step in a long journey. A journey which eventually led me away from my family, friends, job and city life and to the Delhi International Airport. I had 4 years (which, at that time, I was thinking was a really long time) of an unregular practice of asana and pranayama, very blurry knowledge about yoga philosophy but deep confidence and a strong feeling that I was finally at the place where I was meant to be. I came to India to take part in a YTTC which was held under the personal guidance of Guruji Bal Mukund Singh (Morarji Desai National Yoga Institute in Delhi, India). It was an intense, beautiful and tough time. So much knowledge and experience just poured into my life. My mind, like a sponge, soaked every little moment, word, movement, wisdom, and lessons which I was getting from teachers. After course I decided to stay in the Himalayas of Northern India to deepen my practice of yogic science and get some teaching experience. Though it’s been just a few years it feels like a lifetime. Pure life how it's supposed to be – where nothing is permanent, where everything could be a meditation: from silent Vipassana to dynamic Osho dance. Since 2013 I started to discover the power and energy of massage techniques and Ayurvedic knowledge. I had a great opportunity to be a member of Himalayan Zen School in Rishikesh and assist Swami Prem Adeh – great Zen teacher and massage therapist. With an everyday practice alongside Master Prem Adeh - I was learning how to bring energies into the balance, leaving the mind completely immersed in a serene state. With this serene state of being, I wish to help people to clearly see their true nature, which is originally pure. At this point, I already knew then I had my own path to go. After finishing my contract work with Zen School I left India and for the next 2 years was traveling around Europe, North Africa, and Russia with classes, workshops and yoga tours. I never stop learning from my incredible students and from teachers I had the honor to work with. Since 2016 I had a big life change event which brought me here – to California – on another side of the world. —— Yoga truly has changed my assemblage point, my practice every day teaches me to see the world, people, circumstances in different ways. It teaches me how to see the infinite magnificence and beauty in each creation; to live in the present moment and to be open to life’s flow; to get rid of fear and illusions and to learn to trust yourself, as well as the people and space around you.

In March 2019 I hosted my annual retreat in India, where we dive deep into the practice of yoga and meditation. But this year was very special. With the group, we visited children from school, which is supporting children from unprivileged families. We played together, shared knowledge, love, and laughter. 10% of benefits were donated to the school to support them in their future. I am so very proud of our group and hope that this will become a good tradition ;)
Chat on the phone or Skype before scheduling the first class. Be clear about your case and expectations. Ask questions! (I love them :) Listen with your Heart.
1. What would be your expectations from the practice (ex. mind/body balance, increasing of flexibility, improving athletic performance, improving respiration, energy and vitality, recovery from injury etc.) 2. Any injuries (past and present) we need to be wary of during our practice.
