Total focus on the accessibility and practicality of yoga for what my client needs. Handstands are totally cool, but if your goal is low back relief, it's not very high on the list of priorities. My objective is to understand your goals, get us there safely in a timely fashion, and to keep it all fun!
The personal relationships I've developed with private clients has been unbelievably rewarding. Yoga, in the right hands, really works. Seeing the results happen from session to session is what gets me really fired up. A life without pain? Let's do it!
