Seeing my students transform into strong confident people is the best best ofteachinf yoga. I love guiding my clients to their strongest and most flexible selves. They may feel anxious, depressed, stressed, and tight. After a yoga class focusing on breathing and moving with suppleness, they feel confident, strong, powerful, and open.
I love seeing my clients transform into their true selves which is usually confident and excited about life. When you beam after a yoga class, I know we have done our job training in asana and breathing. Seeing you relax and soften into your joy is such a thrill.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we spend time speaking about your goals, your challenges, what motivates you, what slows you down. I want to learn about your eating, your sleeping, your work so I can create a yoga journey that invogorates you and inspires you to practice. I am always paying to attention and encouraging you to pay attention in order to evolve your breath awareness and body awareness.
