Piano Tutoring

I am a rising senior at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Applied Mathematics, and I completed Level 10 of the MTAC Certificate of Merit, which is the highest level of the California music curriculum, during high school. My approach focuses on meeting students where they are, whether that means working through a challenging piece, preparing for a recital or audition, or building foundational technique and music theory. As a math major, I have gained skills in breaking down a problem into clearer, more manageable steps, so I love helping younger students develop confidence at the piano and find their own reasons for enjoying music. I believe that every student learns differently, and I enjoy adapting to what works best for them.
