About
From our humble beginnings in the former music store of Marshall Music, our studio began and grew to our present location in the lovely historic area of Old Torrance.
Our history of lessons and choir programs has evolved. We also have guitar, saxophone, adult choir with emphasis on theory and Free workshops for school and church choirs.
Students have opportunities to gain wonderful experiences through performances in recital, performing for special events in independent films and documentaries. Whether playing for fun, school talent shows, family, musicals, opera, or as a career, Bourque Music accommodates the needs and goals of its students.
Bourque Music’s statement- “Where your voice IS heard”, has two meanings, 1. To strengthen and develop the “voice” of your instrument and 2. We listen to our students and families. We adjust our teaching to the needs and goals of our students at our studio. “This is a collaboration”, our director says. We are here to work with you, and help you accomplish your goals!
