LOVED AMBER! For the first time in my life, I was challenged, but never uncomfortable. She was patient with me, compassionate and very understanding with my health needs (I had a previous spondylolysis at L5, so I had a lot of pain and stiffness). Amber was fair and no nonsense, yet had a mature and kind demeanor. She was never, ever condescending or arrogant towards me, or made me feel inadequate for who I was, or what I looked like. She put me on a nutrition plan that was compatible with my lifestyle and was easy to follow. She checked in with me via text, was immensely encouraging to me, and even helped my daughter with her workout needs in addition to mine. Amber was organized and very orderly, and we never had the same workout/exercise routine. She increased my strength, confidence, and health. I will forever be grateful to her.

It was like a light in the tunnel, I was in the darkest and lowest place in my life. But when I met Ida Jamts, I was at my lowest point emotionally, struggling as a divorcee, businesswoman and single mother of my kids. I had been living in scarcity mentality, literally mentally break down, lost hope, useless feeling, no one understand me, lonely, lost, trapped and barely making money, desperate and after my divorce i slowly losing my business reputation, lost a lot of friends and i made a money by only few hundres dollars as a photographer, selling myself short for any photography work, thinking by offering my services on the cheap to work. I was exhausted, lost and ready to give up. Luckily my good friend of mind recommended me to talk to Ida Therapist, She was able to help me to define - and reconnect with myself, and engineer my rates based on my goals. I went from barely being able to feed my children, to earning a consistent income, most importantly she gave my life back, even now i am still divorcee but i know how to communicate with my ex-husband, co-parent my kids, and gain my joy and happy life. This is a lot to me. I really can call myself a peaceful, joyful and successful healthy lifestyle, mind, body and spirit. I never thought in my life this is possible.
