What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I begin with food handling, Serve Safe, rules, then I teach safe knife skills. Then I demonstrate and discuss the food preparation terms, dice, mince, steam, frying and cooking terms. Then we cook.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I cooked in and managed a Fish and Chips resturant for 5 years. I have worked as an apprentice with master chef from Canada and taken Master class by Gordon Ramsey. I am certified by American Culinary Federation and by Master Chef Program.
