He’s extremely structured, knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, conveniently located and so much more for me to list. If you are like me and put on some unnecessary baggage during Covid or just want to live a healthier life at a fraction of what it would cost you to see a random trainer, you might want to have a consultation with him.
