I have over 12 years of experience in gray Kitchens across the US and Europe. I was also voted one of the Top 12 Under the Radar Chef’s in LA by Zagat. More importantly to me is that I love to cook and equally love to teach. I worked in Special Education prior to becoming a Chef. I am very patient and explain things very simply. I believe cooking is a gift we can all enjoy. My lessons are meant to be informative, inspiring and fun!
