As a Certified Nutritonal Advisor, Italian Grandmother and Professional Chef, my hands-on workshops combine humor with food history, and nutritional information while developing your skills and senses.
My classes include a personal e-cookbook made with pictures, recipes and notes from your class so that we don't waste any time writing anything down, besides your hands are too busy cooking to write!
I teach how to cook delicious and healthy meals that are easy and quick to make based on your personal needs and preferences.
As a Personal Chef a Certified Nutritional Advisor and a Certified Food Allergy Trainer AND an Italian Grandmother, I teach children, teens, athletes, families and professional working Chefs how to make meals that are satisfying and delightful.
In a fun and informative hands on workshop you learn how to organize meals, including to-go lunches and snacks, that you will love and look forward to eating, that will deliver strength, stamina and mental focus.

I've been cooking professionally for 20 years, teaching cooking my whole life. I've cooked for celebrities (Bradley Cooper) and I've worked with celebrity chefs (Gordon Ramsey), I've conducted taste tests for market research with the biggest food companies in the U.S.
I even give food history tours of the Grand Central Market, downtown LA. I also do Farmer's Market Brunch classes; and Romantic Celebration Dinner Classes; whether you're a newbie to the kitchen or a seasoned professional I can give you a new love for cooking food that you are proud to serve and love to eat, that makes you feel Good about yourself.
Nothing makes me happier than teaching people to make food that they love. Once they realise how easy and quick it is, it opens up a whole new world of finding that they love to cook~!
My classes are filled with food history and how to choose and cook fresh ingredients. I sprinkle in nutritional information along the way. We laugh and we eat and it is completely satisfying for me to know how much my students learn.

We discuss what the studen wants to learn via text or email, menu options follow, date and location is set, a deposit holds the date.
