She is very. knowledgeable,dedicated and patient. I have known Julia for over 30 years and she has prepared many memorable meals for me and my guests...when we both lived in NYC. Julia has also taught me so much about healthy gourmet cooking...and great food shopping. Now we live in different cities..but I call her often when I need advice or want to cook something special for Holidays or guests at any time. This past Xmas...Julia stayed on the phone with me for abou 2 hours as she patiently walked me through every detail of preparing an awesome Holiday feast. I highly recommend her.Her knowledge of food and cooking is second to none in my circles. And her way of good shopping is extra ordinary.She hand picks every fruit and vegetable, as well as picking the best cuts of meat and seafood at food stores.She is super picky and only uses the highest quality of preferably ORGANIC FOODS.
