I don't have any specific process to work with a new student.

I attend Regional Cooking School in Italy
And I have been working in the field for along time.

Well it depends if you want just one hour session would be over 100.00$ per hour.
If the student its interested on more lessons Is going to be cheaper.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been training cooks for a long time.
I also like to help people which are not professional to achieve there culinary goals.

Professionals cooks and student that range from begginers to experts.

I went to Sur la Table event not long ago and I really enjoyed spending culinary quality time with the students.

I don't have any particular advice to give.

Well I believe each student is different so it's entirely up to him/her.
