I have been an athletic trainer since 2008, I have trained throughout the Bay Area but have settled in the Silicon Valley and South Bay. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I focus on injury prevention, balance, and perfecting the basics of any movements.
