Taught at Local Culinary School on Weekends 28 years ago & hours increased from there until I opened my own business 24 years ago in Daly City, CA

Adults; both Novices & Professionals
Also 19 years experience teaching Children's Culinary Classes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Summer Culinary Classes with Kids.. I love the Eagerness & thirst for knowledge that comes from children.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Decide which technique or medium specifically you would like to learn as time doesn't permit for any teacher to teach multiple things in short periods of time. I believe that inexperienced bakers arent usually aware of how much time and energy goes into baking & decorating. Please have realistic expectations from your instructors
