I have 27 years of experience teaching children from 4 to college. I establish a good foundation at early on. I focus on techniques which are the tools like paint brushes to painters. But the inspiring the imagination is what a every child unique and is also the most enjoyable part of making music. My students do examinations, competitions, recitals, and some just want to enjoy playing music. Most of my students enjoy playing piano and proud of what they can do and achieve.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I give new students an complimentary interview.During the interview, I find out their goal, musical experience, and with beginner, I would give them an evaluations on rhythmic, melodic sense, physical readiness for piano lesson. I also communicate with parents or guardians to find out how much they involvement in their children's music hobby.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B. Mus in Piano Pedagogy.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all ages. I have students with extraordinary talent. I also have students with physical disabilities and enjoy playing piano.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A good chemistry with your future teacher is a crucial part of lesson. You need to trust your teacher but also feel comfortable to express your idea. There is no wrong art but a unique art.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should always express their and needs and wants to teacher freely. It is teacher who should listen attentively and think thoroughly how to help students to achieve their goals
