Allison teaches via Zoom online, and in person at her studio in Del Mar, California. In addition to vocal coaching, Allison teaches songwriting, recording, music industry, and releasing steps, and offers full scale music production and recording services. Allison also offers basic piano and ukulele instruction.
Master classes and workshops available for high schools, universities, and international jazz and music education organizations.
Allison holds a BA in Linguistics with a Minor in Music Vocal Performance, an AA in Italian, and a teaching certificate with over 25 years of teaching experience in the US, Japan, Korea and Spain.
Nominated Best Jazz Artist and Best Jazz Album by the San Diego Music Awards, Allison has recorded four albums, tours internationally, and has performed in nearly a thousand events. Her voice can be heard on national TV commercials, video game soundtracks, and on various albums as a featured artist. Allison has been a board member with two San Diego non-profit organizations: the Jazz Association of Greater San Diego, facilitating 'Music In Schools' jazz programs for youth around San Diego County, and the San Diego Jazz Musicians Guild. Allison specializes in jazz, Latin, Brazilian, blues, R&B, pop, folk, musical theater, classical, rock, country and children’s music styles, and teaches students of all ages and levels around the world and in person in Del Mar, California.
