What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new client we assess their indivudual needs, sit down for a consultation and talk more in depth about what they want to achieve, where they're starting, and how long it will take them to get there.

pricing varies per client based on time. Sessions start at $30 per half an hour
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a personal trainer years ago when I overcame an eating disorder. I was led to weight lifting and I discovered how strong and empowered it made me feel. I want to use my experience to be a light in the fitness industry. To provide help to any more that struggle with body image, weight, or emotional problems linked to weight.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every client from one that wants to learn flexibility/mobility, to those who are seasoned bodybuilders competing in shows, to those who want to lose 50 lbs or more.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who cares about you. someone who will take the time to listen to your concerns and issues. Whatever it may be. Hiring a personal trainer, is 50% your trainer, and 50% your friend.
