I have over 25 years of experience, 12 advanced certifications and a personal journey that shapes everything I do: I have rebuilt my own body from multiple surgeries. I specialize in post-rehab clients (recovering from injury or surgery) and the "hurt but not injured" — chronic back pain, knee aches, fear of movement, No diagnosis needed OR just need help on how to train without hurting yourself.
