About

Hi, I'm Trevor — founder of Framework 4 Health. I have over 25 years of experience, 12 advanced certifications and a personal journey that shapes everything I do: I have rebuilt my own body from multiple surgeries.

I specialize in post-rehab clients (recovering from injury or surgery) and the "hurt but not injured" — chronic back pain, knee aches, fear of movement, No diagnosis needed OR just need help on how to train without hurting yourself.

Most chronic tightness isn't structural damage. It is a sensitive nervous system sending false alarms. I teach the difference between hurt and harm, so you can stop fearing movement and start actually getting stronger.

Certifications include NASM CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Orthopedic Exercise Specialist (OES), Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), and Certified Health Coach (CHC).

I serve clients in person from Beverly Hills to Palos Verdes (Westwood, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and beyond), plus Online Nationwide.

No equipment? No problem. I bring everything we need: kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, stability tools, and more. Your living room, driveway, or apartment gym becomes our training space.
