About this pro

Private yoga designed with your bodies specific needs in mind.  Intelligent sequencing meant to best serve the individual.

My name is Olivia I've been practicing yoga for almost 10 years now. I've been teaching for two years and I absolutely believe I am living my passion! I have a 200 hour training out of the studio in East Los Angeles and I teach at a handful of small studios.

Private sessions give the opportunity for teacher and student to collaborate on what works best for the student's body.  Private yoga sessions are one hour long and take place in the clients home or a space that has been provided by the client.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

For new students I like to get an idea of what is going on in their bodies today. I need to know about previous injuries, limitations, chroic or acute pains and past surgeries.

I also treat holistically there for energy level and emotional can be helpful in creating a session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years of practicing yoga, a 200 hour yoga training, and an intensive yoga for atheltes training.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge a flat fee of 100$ per single session and ask for a 12 hour cancelation fee.

How did you get started teaching?

I got started teaching when I moved to LA! I started my carrer in the wellness world as a massage therpist 5 years ago which I absolutly loved! I knew I was on the right track but yoga fills my soul much more then massage did. I decided to make the switch into yoga about two years ago. My background in massage has served me deeply in my yoga practice and teaching.

What types of students have you worked with?

Anywhere from beggingers who are just trying to get the basics down before going into a public class to intermediate/advance yogis who want specific feedback on their alingment and advanced asana.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Students are be able to answer questions about:

-energy levels

-mental and physical goals

-illnesses (past a present)
