Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The very first question we ask every student is do they have any injuries, aches or pains that we should be aware of. This way we know what adaptations we can make as we teach the class and pay attention to some of the newer students.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Juliette & Jonathan who are the owners of the studio have combined over 50 years of experience and training. Although no spring chickens, they are extremely knowledgable 200 & 500 hr. Yoga Alliance certified teachers, as well as Juliette being an expert and certified teacher for her 85 hr. Prenatal teacher Training Program. Jonathan received his training through Yoga Works and Eric Shiffman was his teacher. Juliette was certified through White Lotus Foundation, Ganga White and Tracy Rich as well as studied with Anna Forrest, John Friend, Mr YIyengar himself and Shandor Remete.
